When asked about what his advice for real estate investors, Mr Kandhari said that, “I am not very experienced to give the right advice but what I feel and my insight to Punjab would be that believe in execution, focus on execution rather than just focusing on sales because execution is what is going to get you and lead you to the best of your position.” HS Kandhari was also quick to point out that there is a shift in tourism and this is why apart from tier-2 and tier-3 cities, developers must also consider other locations like hill stations to cater to specific audiences and their interests. Mr Kandhari states, “There is a big tourism shift which is happening. So I think Punjab is going to see a lot of investment from the younger generation and (Chandigarh) Tri-City maybe is going to be the big city.”
